Online Ticket Sales Refund Policy
- Tickets issued are subject to the rules and regulations of the venue, event organiser and promoter. Full details are available on request.
- The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
- The Point is responsible for tickets bought through www.thepointcardiffbay.com and from the venue box-office. All other tickets purchased from other outlets may be subject to the terms & conditions of the retailer.
- We regret that tickets bought via The Point cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date. In the event of a cancellation by the event organiser or promoter, The Point will only issue a refund for face value of the ticket. If the event is moved from the venue or its advertised time or date is changed, the original ticket will remain valid should the customer wish to attend the revised event. If not, The Point will refund the face value of the purchased ticket.
- The management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. No duplicate tickets will be issued in these circumstances.
- Please check your ticket on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead as scheduled date, time and venue. The Point cannot fully guarantee that it can inform the customer of any changes to the scheduled date, time and venue.
- Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any rules and regulations of the venue, event organiser or promoter (see 1)
- If it becomes impractical to post out tickets due to circumstances beyond our control, all tickets purchased will be available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event.
